Abermals wurden wir von der K\u00fcche von Ueli Kellerberg nicht entt\u00e4uscht.<\/p>\n<p>Bei prachtvollem Sp\u00e4therbstwetter ging es dann weiter ins <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schloss-salenegg.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\">Schloss Salenegg nach Maienfeld<\/a>. Aufgrund einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Gesellschaft stand die Verkostung sowie die nachfolgende F\u00fchrung etwas unter Zeitdruck, aber dennoch kristallisierte sich heraus, dass im Schloss ebenfalls hervorragende Pinot Noirs gekeltert werden. Auch reichte die Zeit f\u00fcr einige Schnappsch\u00fcsse &#8211; zum Beispiel der uralten wuchtigen Torkelpresse oder des herrlichen Verkostungsraums \u00fcber den Weing\u00e4rten &#8211; aus.<\/p>\n<p>Neben den Pinot Noir Barriques 2009 und 2010 ist auch noch der AMBE &#8211; eine Jahrgangscuv\u00e9e zu erw\u00e4hnen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilder Schloss weiter nach Fl\u00e4sch, wo wir das entstandene Zeitfenster nutzten, um einen alten Bekannten &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adank-weine.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hansruedi Adank<\/a> &#8211; aufzusuchen. Wir hatten das Gl\u00fcck, dass Hansruedi zuf\u00e4llig Zeit hatte und prompt f\u00fcr eine Kellerf\u00fchrung und Verkostung zur Verf\u00fcgung stand. Besonders erfreulich f\u00fcr jene Reiseteilnehmer, die zum ersten Mal ins Weingut kamen, war, dass es auch noch \u00e4ltere Jahrg\u00e4nge des herrlichen Pinots zum Kaufen gibt.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3197\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3197\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141114_163701547_iOS.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3197\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141114_163701547_iOS-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"bei Markus Adank\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141114_163701547_iOS-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141114_163701547_iOS.jpg 816w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3197\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">bei Markus Adank<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Danach blieben wir in Fl\u00e4sch und auch der Nachname des Winzers blieb gleich: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adank-weinbau.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\">Markus Adank<\/a> empfing uns in seinem Weinkeller und stellte uns den Familienbetrieb vor. Besonders erw\u00e4hnenswert ist hier der Wei\u00dfburgunder, der aber bereits ausverkauft war &#8211; kein Wunder bei diesem Preis-Leistungsverh\u00e4ltnis. Bedanken m\u00f6chten wir uns auch f\u00fcr die herzhafte Jause, die wir nach 3 Verkostungen dringend notwendig hatten.<\/p>\n<p>Den erlebnisreichen Tag konnten wir dann bei einem herrlichen Dinner im <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adlerflaesch.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\">Restaurant Adler in Fl\u00e4sch<\/a> abschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3198\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3198\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141115_104741386_iOS.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3198\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141115_104741386_iOS-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"bei Christian Hermann\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141115_104741386_iOS-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141115_104741386_iOS-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.weinfreunde-unterland.at\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/20141115_104741386_iOS-900x675.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3198\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">bei Christian Hermann<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Am Samstag Vormittag ging es dann in Fl\u00e4sch weiter und wir trafen uns mit den nachgereisten Weinfreunden bei <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hermann.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\">Christian Hermann<\/a>, wo wir u.a. die Gelegenheit bekamen, verschiedene Weine des Spitzen-Pinot Noirs &#8222;H&#8220; zu verkosten.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend zog es uns weiter nach Malans, wo unser Mario abermals einen Termin beim Starwinzer Thomas Studach organisiert hatte k\u00f6nnen. Auch hier gab es \u00e4ltere Jahrg\u00e4nge des herrlichen Pinot Noirs zu verkosten.<\/p>\n<p>Wir blieben in Malans und st\u00e4rkten uns mit einer B\u00fcndner Platte im <a href=\"http:\/\/www.donatsch.info\/\" target=\"_blank\">Goldenen Ochsenen von Thomas\u00a0Donatsch<\/a>. Eine Verkostung war hier nicht eingeplant, allerdings gab es eine F\u00fchrung durch die sehenswerten Keller des Weingutes.<\/p>\n<p>Das Highlight fand dann aber zweifelsohne am Abend statt: In sehr gem\u00fctlicher Runde konnten wir beim Wine &amp; Dine viele Jahrg\u00e4nge des Ciprian-Pinot Noirs verkosten, aber auch zahlreiche neue Kontakte zu Schweizer Weinliebhabern kn\u00fcpfen!
