The Balmoral Hotel kann sicher zu den Wahrzeichen der Stadt gez\u00e4hlt werden und schon beim Betreten des Number One Restaurant empf\u00e4ngt einen das warme, gediegene Ambiente, des mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichneten Betriebes. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es lediglich daf\u00fcr, dass das Number One im Keller des Hotels befindlich ist und somit keinen Ausblick auf die herrliche Stadt erm\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Das Service war vom Anfang bis zum Ende aus meiner Sicht nicht zu toppen; das Essen hervorragend, mit lokalem Einschlag und viel Finesse zubereitet. Die Weinkarte war doch eher hochpreisig und f\u00fcr uns Mitteleurop\u00e4er vielleicht auch etwas ungewohnt.
