Seit 2011 f\u00fchrt Silvio Nickol das „Silvio Nickol Gourmetrestaurant im Wiener Palais Coburg und wurde f\u00fcr seine herausragenden Leistungen 2012 mit zwei Michelin-Sterne belohnt. Und das zurecht, wie ich finde.<\/p>\n

Das sagenhafte Ambiente des Palais Coburgs, wird lediglich von der Freundlichkeit des Personals \u00fcbertroffen. Ein wunderbarer Abend mit kulinarischen H\u00f6hepunkten und perfekter Weinfolge:<\/p>\n

Kr\u00f6nender Abschluss war eine Weinkellerbesichtigung im gr\u00f6\u00dften Weinkeller Europas. Gigantisch und zugleich eine traurige Geschichte. Wird man solche edlen Tropfen wohl nie im eigenen Keller liegen haben.<\/p>\n
